Biography

Jenny Berg is an attorney in Baron & Budd’s Beverly Hills, California office. She works with clients who suffer from mesothelioma, working to ensure that these clients receive their day in trial as quickly as possible and helping to guide their cases through the litigation process.

Jenny became a lawyer because she wanted to help people. “I became a lawyer so I could speak out for people who needed me,” Jenny says. “I want every voice to be heard.” She came to Baron & Budd because she saw that the firm was really able to help the people she cared about and had spent her career serving.

Before joining Baron & Budd, Jenny worked with asbestos victims at other plaintiff’s law firms and saw that Baron & Budd was different. “I saw that Baron & Budd was doing incredible work on behalf of their clients, and I wanted to be part of it,” Jenny says.

Jenny has also represented people who have experienced other types of catastrophic injuries, victims of elder abuse and plaintiffs in employment law cases. Her experience has made her a great asset to the law firm’s clients.
