Biography

Roger Gold joined the firm to lead Baron & Budd’s California team. Roger has spent his career helping individuals obtain justice from corporate wrongdoers. He is passionate about helping his clients at the most difficult point in their lives. He feels driven “to help good, decent people assert their rights in a complex legal system—people who are confronting life-threatening illnesses caused by reckless corporations.” This drive led Roger to represent people with mesothelioma and other asbestos-related cancers.

In taking the reins at Baron & Budd’s California office, Roger will continue his work to level the playing field between individuals and corporations. He says, “No matter how much the law strives to protect harmed individuals, big business continues to cuts corners to maximize profits and, as a result, injures regular people.”

A native of Pittsburgh, Roger spent his senior year of high school in Caracas, Venezuela, where he became fluent in Spanish
