Biography

J. Todd Kale joined Baron & Budd in 2008 when the firm consolidated with Dallas-based law firm Silber Pearlman.  Todd worked with mesothelioma sufferers and other victims of asbestos-related disease in Silber Pearlman from 1993, shortly after the law firm was founded, and continues that work at Baron & Budd.  

 “It has always been important to me to represent real people who have been hurt by corporate fraud or indifference, and Baron & Budd has the resources and commitment to make a real impact for their clients,” said Todd. “I’m excited to be part of that.”

Todd has successfully resolved thousands of injury claims against asbestos manufacturers, and he has a deep understanding of the issues in these cases—of what the asbestos companies knew and concealed about the dangers of their products and the terrible harm that their victims endure.  His experience and passion for his clients is a real asset for the firm’s clients.
